Padauk and Holly Celtic Knot Slimline Wood Pen

Padauk has become one of my favorite woods to work with for small turnings - it comes from a large tree reaching diameters as large as 45". Heights of 130' are not uncommon. Heartwood varies from yellow to brick red, but most commonly seen in a dark red-orange. It polishes up well, and has such interesting grain. The celtic knot in this pen adds a unique touch that separates this from your average run-of-the-mill pen. Pass it around - your friends will be impressed.
